ABOUT ME

I believe that photography means, first and foremost, learning how to see.

I’m Alessia, a photographer and visual artist. My background began in graphic illustration: after graduating in Graphic Design from Liceo Artistico Max Fabiani in Gorizia, I chose to deepen my artistic research by studying Photography and Visual Arts at ISFAV in Padua.

It is through photography that I found my own way of telling stories. A language built on light, composition, texture and detail, but above all, on emotion.

Throughout my education, I had the opportunity to work across different environments and projects, exploring fashion, beauty, e-commerce, product, lifestyle and editorial photography. I have collaborated with various industry realities, including Moncler, where I worked as an e-commerce photographer. This experience allowed me to develop a precise and image-focused approach, even within structured and demanding productions.

I currently work at GDS Studio in Padua, assisting with photographic productions and working across set assistance, post-production and communication content. It is an environment that allows me to keep learning, experimenting and engaging with constantly evolving projects and visual languages.

Alongside my professional work, I continue to develop my personal artistic research, creating images that are distinctive, yet never simply decorative.

I am drawn to what happens between an idea and its final form.
The way light can transform a face or an object.
A detail that becomes the protagonist.
An image that can tell a story before it is even explained.

To me, photography is about this: observing, interpreting and transforming.

It is my way of giving shape to what I see.
